Varmply is a platform for structured creator campaigns. Sponsors define campaign briefs and fund campaign budgets; creators complete approved deliverables; Varmply helps verify campaign evidence before payouts are released.

Varmply provides tools that enable users to:

• Create and discover campaign opportunities
• Define deliverables, eligibility rules, timelines, and payout terms
• Track campaign submissions and performance evidence
• Facilitate payment protection and creator payouts

Varmply acts solely as a technology platform and does not act as an employer, agency, or representative of any user.

To use Varmply, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate registration information
• Have a professional account on social media as a creator

Users must create an account to access certain features. Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of login credentials
• Notify Varmply of unauthorized account access

Creators may:

• Apply to join campaigns
• Publish promotional content on third-party platforms
• Receive payments

Sponsors or brands may:

• Create campaigns
• Define campaign deliverables
• Fund campaign payments

Campaigns represent agreements between creators and sponsors based on the campaign brief, accepted deliverables, payout terms, and any platform rules shown before a creator joins the campaign. Varmply provides tools to facilitate those agreements but does not guarantee viral reach, audience response, or the performance of either party.

Varmply may facilitate payments between sponsors and creators through supported payment providers. Unless a formal escrow arrangement is expressly identified, references to payment protection mean that sponsor funds are collected or reserved for a campaign before creators begin work, then handled according to the campaign terms and these Terms.

• Campaign deposits or funded campaign balances
• Payment review or holding periods
• Creator payouts after campaign evidence is verified
• Sponsor refunds for unused campaign funds where applicable

Varmply may charge:

• Campaign facilitation fees
• Transaction processing fees
• Platform service fees
• Revenue share or commission

Applicable fees will be communicated before transactions occur.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Varmply does not store full payment card information and may deduct platform fees before releasing payments.

Creators retain ownership of content they publish on third-party platforms. By submitting campaign content or linking campaign posts to Varmply, creators grant Varmply a limited license to host, display, store, analyze, and share that content and related evidence as needed to operate campaigns, verify performance, resolve disputes, maintain audit history, and show sponsors campaign results.

Varmply may also use anonymized or public campaign outcomes to explain or promote the platform, provided such use does not transfer ownership of creator content to Varmply.

Users may connect social media accounts to Varmply. By doing so, users authorize Varmply to access permitted information including:

• Public profile data
• Follower counts
• Engagement metrics

Campaign performance is tracked using publicly available data, creator-submitted evidence, sponsor review, and authorized integrations including:

• Engagement metrics
• Impressions and reach
• Views or video plays
• Post URLs, screenshots, timestamps, captions, tags, and other campaign evidence

Creators must:

• Follow campaign guidelines
• Publish content within agreed timelines
• Comply with advertising regulations

Sponsors creating campaigns on Varmply agree to fund campaign payments in accordance with the campaign terms. Sponsors may be required to deposit or reserve campaign funds before a campaign begins, helping ensure that creators who successfully complete and verify their deliverables can receive payment.

Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that:

• Campaign instructions and deliverables are clearly defined
• Campaign requirements comply with applicable laws and advertising standards
• If a campaign concludes with remaining or unused funds, such funds are refunded to the sponsor

Varmply may administer campaign verification using submitted content, connected social data, public metrics, timestamps, campaign requirements, sponsor feedback, and fraud signals. Varmply may approve, reject, request more evidence, withhold, reverse, or review a payout where campaign evidence is missing, manipulated, non-compliant, or disputed.

Sponsors may receive a defined challenge window after verification or submission review. If no challenge is raised within that window, or once Varmply resolves a challenge in the creator's favor, the approved payout may be released.

After the challenge and review process closes, creator payouts are treated as final except for fraud, chargebacks, legal or payment-provider requirements, or clear platform error.

Users must not:

• Inflate engagement metrics
• Use fake followers
• Misrepresent social media statistics
• Manipulate campaign data

Users must not:

• Provide false information
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Harass other users
• Use the platform for illegal purposes

Creators and sponsors must comply with applicable advertising laws and disclosure regulations in all jurisdictions where their content is distributed.

All intellectual property related to the Varmply platform — including the name, logo, design, and technology — belongs to Varmply or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Varmply acts solely as a technology platform facilitating connections between users. Varmply does not guarantee campaign outcomes, creator performance, or sponsor participation.

Varmply may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or otherwise compromise platform integrity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Varmply is not liable for disputes between users, loss of profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Varmply harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the platform or violations of these Terms.

Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly where possible. For campaign payment or deliverable disputes, Varmply may review campaign evidence, sponsor challenges, creator responses, connected metrics, and platform records before deciding whether to approve, withhold, refund, or release payment.

Varmply's platform review process does not prevent either party from pursuing any rights available under applicable law after the platform process is complete.

The platform may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors or social media platforms. Varmply is not responsible for the practices or availability of these external services.

Use of the platform is governed by the Varmply Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Varmply may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
